At Larkspur Lodge, staff benefit from years of hands on experience by the operators as
well as training which meet all regulatory standards. The care is consistently respectful, dignified,
and compassionate.
Occaisionally, the special needs of our residents require medical specialists. Larkspur
Lodge works closely with local physicians, home health nurses, and therapists to see that their
orders and care plans are followed closely.
To help our residents feel safe and as independent as possible we try to establish
a routine for assisting them with their care. While providing assistance staff tries hard not to do for
the resident what they can do for themselves. They know that encouraging independence fosters self
worth and purpose.
